FILTERING SYSTEM

This series of BASIC industrial vacuum cleaners refers to the more classic and simple filtration system normally used by most common industrial vacuum cleaners with filters made of polyester fabric / non-woven fabric with pockets or star shaped filters offering standard filtration of 3μ particles that can be increased by using optional filters with PTFE membrane for 1 μ particles. The tangential type dust inlet favours the cyclonic effect.

FILTER CLEANING SYSTEM

These machines are equipped with filter cleaning systems with manual vertical shaking, suited to more general and less specific types of suction.

Industrial vacuums motorized by 5.5 kW three phase turbine with ICLEAN AUTOMATIC filter cleaning and HEPA filtration. The cleaning of the filter is carried out by vibrations and blowing. The vacuums are available on choice in mobile unit with integrated blowing device or in stationary unit with the possibility to connect the filter cleaning unit to the compressed air network

OPERATION

The cyclic cleaning of the filters occurs every 2 minutes by cleaning in alternating phases each of the mounted filters for 2 seconds, closing the aspiration and thus facilitating their cleaning by means of the vibration and the blowing provided independently from the machine without using the on-board compressor. The suction is always present even during the cyclic cleaning of the filters.
